Yin & Restorative Yoga workshop with Soundbath

Workshops - We will start with some breathing and movement followed by Yin poses which we will hold for up to 5 minutes. It will be your choice to use props or not as the stretch will be intense & will move deep in to the muscles and fascia as we hold the poses for so much longer than in a normal class. Although Yin still has its roots in Hatha yoga, we will explore meridians & some of the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) philosophy. The Restorative section that follows will be about a supported opening of the body and we will all use the props provided to create a warm, safe & held position.
